Many Parkinson's symptoms such as constipation, dysphagia, malnutrition, fractures, and blood pressure problems, are impacted by the diet and the nutrients in the diet.

Medication effectiveness is also impacted by what and when foods and drinks are consumed. Yet, 9 out of 10 people with Parkinson's do not have access to a dietitian, the qualified professional to provide dietary guidance to help people optimise their diet for better symptom control.

Nutrition PD  bridges the Nutrition Gap

There will never be enough dietitians to meet the gap in nutritional care for people with Parkinson's.

My Moves Matter has launched Nutrition PD, a suite of nutrition education programmes to bridge this gap in access to evidence based nutrition information.

Mediterranean PD September Programme
