For women who tracked using the
My Moves Matter app during the study
The final survey is essential for the study. Your response will help UCC researchers assess any changes over the course of the pilot and gather valuable feedback on your experience using the My Moves Matter app.
You will need to enter the same unique study code that you created at the beginning of the study.
To access your unique study code go to your profile which you can access by clicking on the My Moves Matter logo on the home page of the app. See image above.
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page to find your your unique study code. It is the code listed under heading Clinical trial ID.
This is your unique code to enter in the final survey.
When you click on the button below you will get to the above page where you must enter your unique study code.
Enter the first three numbers that come after the letters UCC in your app in the first box on the survey.
Then take the last three numbers/letters and enter in the second box on the survey.
